Our CBPT therapists provided an array of topics ranging from fitness & exercise routines to injury prevention tips and, of course, delicious recipes.
Here is a rundown of our most-loved spring posts that will carry you into the hot summer months healthy and pain-free.
Stay Healthy at Work
Many of us become busy worker bees in the spring, which usually leads to less time dedicated to sticking to your exercise routines, New Year’s Resolutions, and overall health. Luckily, Louella Gopez, PT, DPT, OCS, David Luckett, PT, DPT, Sharon Ho, PT, DPT, and David Hirchman, PT, MPT provided us with exercises fit for a busy schedule.
Exercises you can do at your cubicle were a favorite this season with Louella’s ballet workout and David Luckett’s 3 minute office workout.
Sharon highlighted the downsides of sitting at a desk all day and how to make sure your workplace set-up doesn’t take a toll on your health.
David Hirchman’s stretches for healthcare professionals arrived just in time for National Doctor’s Day on March 30th.
Healthy in the Spring Sun
The warm spring weather brought us out of our winter hibernation and into the sun. These posts made sure we stayed healthy with the heat and spring sports.
