David Hodges

David grew up in Dallas, Texas. After his best friend tore his ACL, he witnessed how a physical therapist helped him recover. He saw the impact of rehabilitation and a person's total well-being. After researching the education needed to become a Physical Therapist, he decided to pursue his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University based on its proximity to the beach and Disneyland .
In the meantime, David attended Arizona State University to pursue his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Business before fulfilling his dream of attending Chapman University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. During his time at Chapman, David was given the opportunity to complete an intensive orthopedic rotation at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS.
He values a functional, total body perspective emphasizing injury prevention and optimal performance through patient-specific programs. His goal is to incorporate the highest level of quality rehabilitation with an emphasis on complete health and wellness.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES
David enjoys both playing sports and watching a die-hard Arizona State Sun Devil and Dallas-area sports fan. He loves spending time with loved ones, running, road biking, competing in triathlons, traveling to new places and reading on the beach. David also has a passion for movies, theater and stand-up comedy
