Our Team

Lauren grew up in Southern California and went to Azusa Pacific University for her DPT. It was during her time in undergrad at UCSD that she discovered her passion for physical therapy. She didn't know much about physical therapy back then, but when she volunteered at an outpatient clinic, she saw how the physical therapists there had such a huge impact on a patient's health and well-being. What also stood out to her was that she felt like the physical therapists she met truly enjoy their jobs and she could see how it's definitely a rewarding profession.

Lauren loves cooking & baking, traveling, eating at new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
