Anne Sasso
PTAMY STORY
Anne grew up in Southern California with deep midwestern roots. She graduated from Laguna Beach High School and completed her undergraduate degree in History at the University of California, Los Angeles. Anne was a substitute teacher in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach for three years before realizing that while she loved working with children, she wanted to do more than just teach.
Anne's love for physical therapy grew from helping her grandfather recover from a hip replacement in 2020. Due to COVID-19, all of her grandfather's therapy was completed through home health and his excellent physical therapist taught Anne his home exercise program so she could help make sure he completed it every day. Physical therapy ended up being the perfect combination of the skills Anne had learned as a teacher and her love for exercise since she was young.
Physical therapy has opened an incredible world for Anne where she gets to meet great people, volunteer, and help people feel better!
